Trying to access prepaid account from overseas
I've gone abroad and need to access my prepaid autopay account. Apparently a new pin/password has been texted to me, but I cannot receive it because I am not in the USA. Can I somehow get access to my account by having the new pin emailed to me?

No. Text is the only option but it wouldn’t matter if you could receive it anyway. Account access is blocked from outside of the US, that’s why you couldn’t log in initially. You can’t manage your prepaid account online from overseas. You will need to call for whatever action is required.
