Text messages not coming through

Hi, I got a prepaid plan with unlimited talk, unlimited text and 8GB data. I can send text messages to a group chat but I do not get the reply from my friends when they respond to my texts. I am not really sure what's the issue here. Please let me know if any of you have any solutions. I am using iPhone 7.

When did you notice the issue?
Have you tried to "Reset Factory Settings" or also resetting network connection?
Have you tried Wi-Fi calling? This allows you to call and text in more places.
