You can’t. The 25 cent per minuteplan was discontinued in January. It is no longer available.

I am living in the US only a few months per year. In the last years I always changed to the pay per minute plan during my absence and to a monthly plan, when I am here.
What do you suggest to me what to do?

Hello @Joe48, we'd be happy to provide you with what options you may have available when switching plans while traveling.
Feel free to review all of our AT&T prepaid plans that we provide to you at no contract. Be advised, you can stop this plan at anytime you may need.
To change your AT&T Prepaid plan:
Be aware, we do offer AT&T Prepaid International features and add-ons at an additional cost. It includes unlimited talk, text, and 5GB of data while traveling in eligible countries . It costs $35 for 7 days of service.
Feel free to review this information and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
Thanks for contacting the AT&T Community.

@Joe48 There is simply no way to avoid paying for a plan you can’t use while you are gone. There are ways to keep your account open and minimize how much you pay while you are gone but you can’t avoid paying for a plan at some point. If it is important to keep your number, you can either port it to google voice and just get a new prepaid number when you visit or port it to some number parking service and port it back each time you come to the US. Another option is to port your number to some other prepaid service that will let you suspend payment while gone, if they even exist.

The one time I was in Alaska, I was still on ATT Postpaid, and being very careful that the phone didn't connect to the Ship's system or to Canadian Towers when on excursions. If want some plan choices that run on ATT's network but aren't offered by ATT and ATT Prepaid, there are many out there. Ones offering PPU are limited, the last time I had one was H2O Wireless, which was $0.05/minute and I made sure I didn't use data since on smart phones, if data is enabled, can very easily get expensive on PPU plans.
