Renewing a PREPAID AT&T plan
Hello,
My unlimited plus monthly plan was expired because I didn't pay at the due time. When I logged in my prepaid account, I paid and now the money is in my account balance. I would like to renew the plan, and I tried changing my plan to the same one so it can withdraw from my account balance, but when I click on the plan's option, nothing comes up that shows my I can change it.
It still shows it as my plan.
What Should I Do?

You don’t need to do any plan changes to renew your plan. It will renew automatically if the account balance is sufficient to renew it. If it hasn’t renewed, that would mean your payment wasn’t enough. If you normally get an autopay discount, you likely lost that discount. Make an additional payment to cover that discount and your plan should renew.
