Refund

I paid for a cheaper plan than i was billed for, i did not authorize the plan that i was billed for. i have called AT&T 4 times and i have been hung up on 3 times and neither time was I able to receive any help I want kiss mobile service cancelled I already have mobile service through Metro and I would like my money refunded to my debit card or I will be disputing this

Prepaid does not bill, it refills.  And if you bought a plan, you can’t get a refund.   YOU select or change the plan.  Don’t see how any of that is possible. 

If you don’t want prepaid with AT&T, turn off auto pay in the At&t prepaid plan.

There is a kiss mobile, it is Australian. If you really meant kiss mobile, you are in the wrong place, they are not ATT.

I purchased a screen protector plan for 4 different phones totaling about $500 dollars, the plan, which used Gadget Guard screen protectors included a protector and if that one cracked my family and I would be able to go I to a store and have it replaced. Now, AT&T isn’t contracted with Gadget Guard so it isn’t providing the service. I feel that a refund is completely justified in this situation.
