Recently upgraded to Unlimited plan $75 did not get full 10gbs of hotspot data

I recently upgraded my plan before the due date, when i went to check the hotspot data it showed i only have 1.7gb of 10gb left before i even turned the hotspot on my phone, my renew date has passed but it did not reset to the 10gb that is supposed to be included with plan. I tried called att prepaid customer service but they were no help.
