How do I cancel my prepaid AT&T? I am not in the US any longer.

Hi AT&T team,

I would like to cancel my prepaid AT&T because I am not in the US any longer. The issue is that I cannot log in to the prepaid management site because I do not have the 4 digit password. I cannot take a new one because I am in Europe and I cannot receive messages through the AT & T number (it is not connected to the network since I am in Europe). Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks,

Adrian

To cancel prepaid, just stop paying. If you need to stop autopay, your only options from abroad are to call or cancel your credit card. If you call, call the international support number.

Hello,

Contact AT&T to end autopay and it will shut off he line and charges at the of the current pay period. For abroad calls:

For questions while roaming outside the U.S., contact AT&T by calling +1.314. 925.6925, a free call from your AT&T wireless phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week”
