Prepaid plan

I see that there is a yearly plan for the same one that I am using. I am wondering if I can just switch over to yearly instead of keeping monthly.

No, you can’t. For one, it’s not a yearly plan. It is the 8GB monthly plan, you just prepay for 12 months at a discount. Unfortunately, it’s only for new lines, not existing lines.

very UNFAIR to only offer the $300. for 12 months service plan to NEW customers -- what about the LOYAL ones who have had ATT Prepay and on auto-deduct for years -- let us have this offer!
