Prepaid is not processing payment even though there is enough money in the account balance

Att prepaid affordable connectivity customer with autopay. I added funds to my account two days in advance of the due date. Never had a problem before. Now my phone is disconnected even though it shows, Due now: 0.00 dollars. Any help would be appreciated.
