prepaid data plan change left me without service
Hi I changed a prepaid data-only plan from the 15GB to 22GB/unlimited data plan yesterday. I paid $65+tax - and my 4GLTE service on my device shut off. I have called the phone number 5 times and every time it gets to a point that says ' your wait time is'. and then hang up. how do I actually find someone to resolve this account / plan change issue?

What device are you using? There is no prepaid data only unlimited data plan. You apparently changed to the $65 phone plan which will not work in a data only device.

Ah - finallh got through to AT&T customer service and found out that the 22G unlimited datapland does not work on hotspot only devices. They processed and refund, I'll have to find a different solution. So disregard this question....
