Prepaid calls from St. Croix to U.S.

I will purchase a prepaid phone in the U.S. and intend to call the U.S from St. Croix but unsure if I will be charged an additional fee. Your website (https://www.att.com/shop/en/wireless/international/long-distance.html#u) states calling the Virgin Islands from the U.S is free, but it does not say mention the cost from an international location to the U.S.
