We're sorry to hear that your service was deactivated, beasty.
With AT&T PREPAID monthly plan there is no way to reverse the plan change. We suggest only making changes the day before your current plan expires. This way, you won't lose any of the remaining services of your current plan, including Rollover Data or your high-speed data usage allowance.

When you change your plan, the old plan terminates and you lose any remaining days. The new plan doesn’t start until you pay for it. You only get the ACP benefit every 30 days. If it was less than 30 days since you last got it, you’ll need to either wait or pay for the new plan yourself.

Simply because that’s the way prepaid works and always has.
