Prepaid $25 Plan
I just saw a prepaid plan that's $25 a month if paid in advance or $300. Can existing customers get this offer? I'm presently on a 10 cent per minute plan that's going to 35 cents.

No, the $300 plan is for new lines only. You could port your number to a different carrier and port it back, it would then qualify as a new line.

Not with your current phone number.
If you don't care to keep your current phone number you can purchase the plan online. The SIM card is shipped to you. When you activate the SIM card it will assign you a new phone number.
If you want to keep your phone number you will have to Port out to a different service provider, purchase the plan, and then Port back in.
If you go this route make sure you save your order information including your order number. The order numbers how you prove you paid for the plan, and we'll get your number ported back in.

By the way Consumer Cellular which works on AT&T Towers has a $15 talk only plan.
