Personal cloud with prepaid plan

My plan says it includes Personal Cloud 100GB. I’ve installed the app, but it will not sign me in. Authorize spins for a couple of minutes, then says, “cannot authorize. Error code 126. Try Again.”

We can definitely provide the answers on Personal Cloud for AT&T Prepaid!

 

Please know that the personal cloud requires an AT&T Unlimited Prepaid Plan and a 24 hour wait time after service activation to further setup the cloud storage app on your device.
