Number Transfer Pin

I have tried so many options to receive my number transfer pin, however in the suggestions provided online or as shown below:

Online with myAT&T

  1. Go to your myAT&T profile.
  2. Choose People & Permissions.
  3. Select Wireless.
  4. Scroll to Transfer phone number and select Request a new PIN. Your Number Transfer PIN will display on the screen.

I do not have a people & permission tab. How can I receive a number transfer number??

Prepaid does not use a transfer pin. That’s for postpaid only. Prepaid uses your account pin.
