New Plan Cancelled before I can start
Hi! We had ordered a prepaid plan online but is was cancelled in whole after aday or so. There was no information on why or who we could contact. I tried calling but was stuck for 45mib with regular service who transferred me to auto line which proceed to hang up on me. Not sure if we should try again and hope for the best or try another service at this time.
Having been a long time no issue At&t customer for over 15years with my previous plan, I never expected this. Never had anything but good considerate things to say about At&t. But this mess does not make At&t sound good.
Any suggestions or help would be greatful.
