Keep my prepaid phone number

I topped up my account balance with $30 about 3 months ago and immediately used them for buying a month plan. Do I have an extra 60 days to refill my balance or have to do it now? Thanks

When you refill your account with 25 to $99 your expiration date is extended 90 days from the date of that refill.

Even though you choose a 30 day plan you still have 60 days after that 30 day plan is used up to re-establish service and continue with your number.

You do NOT have 90 days plus another 60 days.

So know if you have refilled more than 90 days ago, no longer have service, and can no longer access your account on the pay go online website your account is closed and your number is lost.

The 60 day clock starts when your account balance is $0 and your service expires. If your account balance was $0 when your last 30 day plan expired, that is when the 60 day clock started. If you had topped up with $40 and only used $30 for the plan, then you would have an additional 60 days because that remaining $10 would just now be expiring.
