I've been charged for Prepaid service without my knowledge for over a year.
Over a year ago - in March of 2019 - I purchased one month's worth of data as a temporary measure. I did NOT want to turn AutoPay on, but yet it remained on until I noticed I had been paying regularly from then until now. ATT owes me nearly $500 for a service I didn't sign up for and didn't use. In this time of worldly distress, I need that money now more than ever. Please help.

Prepaid does not offer refunds. You had to have given your bank info at some point in time.
