Is there a monthly fee for $2 daily plan?
Regarding the $2 daily prepaid plan,
is there a monthly fee?
is it necessary to pay $2 the day when the phone only receives texts instead of sending texts?
If there is a period of in-activities, say, the phone does not make calls for 12 months, will the phone number be deactivated?
I try to contact CSR, but the website does not offer any help phone number.

No, there is no monthly fee but your account balance is subject to the standard expiration rules. Your account balance has an expiration date. Any balance not used by that date is lost. You can extend the expiration date of the balance by adding to the balance per these rules: a $10-$24 refill expires in 30 days, a $25-$99 refill expires in 90 days, a $100 or higher refill expires in a year. As long as you have a positive account balance, your number stays active whether you use it or not. A prepaid account is automatically closed if the account balance is $0 for more than 60 days.

Just receiving a text does not trigger the $2. Or an unanswered received phone call.
