International prepaid plan

@Constructive is correct, prepaid does not roam in Panama. The international travel add-on only works on these countries:

If you bought a different prepaid international plan, those plans are only for international calls from the US.

Prepaid does not roam in Panama. Roams in Canada, Mexico, certain European countries and a few Caribbean countries. Link below shows coverage.

In addition, to the information provided by @formerlyknownas. The Prepaid International roaming option is not available in Panama. Check out a full list of countries that are included in the add-ons as well as the pay per minute rates.

@Constructive In fairness, ATTHelp said “pay per use rates”, that’s not the same as pay per use plans. You still pay by the minute for international calls from the US unless you have an international calling plan. Of course, that has nothing to do with the OP’s question.
