International plan add on

I just bought the international plan add-on because it shows Poland under the countries that would have this service available but it is not working! Am I missing something? Do I have to do anything else other than turning the roaming on?

Was the plan you purchased the $35.00 per week prepaid international travel plan? You have to add funds after adding it to your prepaid plan.

What do you mean “add fundamental”? Yes, I purchased the $35 per week but it is not showing that I have this plan, even though it shows that I paid for it. This is so frustrating.

It was supposed to be “add funds” which it now is since he edited it. Obviously if your account is not showing that you have the add on, that’s why you aren’t getting service. Other than calling customer support, about the only thing you can do is attempt to purchase it again.

Oh thanks! That makes more sense! But I did buy the service yesterday, they charged my account and it was showing the travel plan until yesterday. Now it only shows the payment on my account history but doesn’t show the travel plan anymore. I don’t want to try adding it again because it will charge my card again and it will probably not work either 🙄

Is your normally monthly plan active? If it expired and wasn’t renewed, I believe that would explain it. Your normal monthly plan must be active for the add on to work.
