I want to leave Verizon and sign up for your three month pre-paid plan

Please help me become a customer. I want to leave Verizon and sign up for your three month pre-paid plan, but your website is stopping me.

This is a customer populated forum not AT&T chat. You haven't provided any information as to what the problem is.

I'm coming by the three months plan you purchase the plan for $99 and a SIM card and sign up online. Where are you getting stuck?

Thanks for posting, @PoliticalAnglerUS.

Your existing account must be active. If its not an active account you will not be able to transfer your existing number to AT&T PREPAID.

Here's how to transfer a number to AT&T PREPAID. Check out the link for the information you'll need. If you continue to experience issues please contact us by 800.901.9878 for help with your order.

I have active account with Verizon. I went to the ATT website and checked if my current active phone number could be ported, the website denied porting the number; also wat to bring my current phone, the website denied my phone. I visited one of the ATT stores and your employee placed a SIM card into my phone and said the phone will work on ATT, AND said my number will port.

I want to try the three (3) month prepaid plan for $33/month before committing for one year, but need assurance that my phone will work and my number will port.

How will I know when I am receiving contradictory feedback between your website and your employee at your store?

Please advise ASAP, I need to change now.

Thanks.
