I opted out of autopay but still got charged

Before heading overseas (where I currently am now) I opted out of prepaid autopay so that I wouldn't be charged, alas I was still charged. How do I resolve this here as I cannot call from my mobile.

This forum is not customer support. Your only option for prepaid support is to call. How close to your renew date did you turn autopay off? If it was less then 2 days before the renew date, the autopay transaction was already in progress.
