I don't have 5G on my iPhone 12 Pro

So I'm on prepaid, I upgraded to the $75 plan to get 5G, My area does have 5G available. After activating phone I didn't notice 5G only 5Ge. I went to my settings under roaming I should see the 5G option, I only see LTE and 4G, Searching around other forums most that got the phone needed to call their provider to update the SIM and IMEI number on their accounts. I did that with a rep today, I rebooted phone, this was 8 hours ago, I still don't have the 5G option on my phone under the roaming settings. Not sure what else I can do? Anyone else have that problem? Thanks 

And yes I tried updating my phone via the prepaid account management site but it just errors out everytime

1) Do you have Dual-Sim on your phone? If you do, 5G does not work. You must turn off the other line for 5G to work on your AT&T line.

2) If Dual-Sim is not your issue, I had an experience that might help. I upgraded to the $75 plan to have 5G and it started working as soon as I did that. But because of a different issue, I had to go to an AT&T store and change the eSIM card I used for my line. And then I lost 5G and there was no way to bring it back. So I changed the eSIM once again and got 5G back. I believe there are some eSIMS that are preventing 5G from working.
