I can't login to att.com/myprepaid to end my plan

I want to login to att.com/myprepaid to end my prepaid plan. When I enter my wireless number and the last four digits of my number as the password I get the following message: "Error! The system cannot log you in at this time. Try again in 60 minutes."

 

I requested a new password, but I'm back in the Netherlands and not able to use my AT&T number anymore. So I won't receive that text with the new password.

 

Is there another way to login to My AT&T? Or to end my plan?

Thank you so much for your patience in reaching me! I am sorry to hear you have been unable to access your account online! I know how concerning it can be since you are outside of the US and unable to receive the text message to reset the password. I would be more than happy to help you with this!



There are a few things which can cause an error when trying to access the log in portal. Depending on the location you are trying to log in from, or the connection you are using, an error message could block access.   



Some things you can try would be accessing the login page from an alternate browser window or clearing the cache and history on your internet. You can click here to reach the prepaid login page.
