I, also, never received my reward card
I switched from Sprint to ATT, and was promised a $250 visa reward card for switching. There terms said I needed to have three billing cycles and it would be 6-8 weeks from that third month. It's been 12 weeks since my 3rd billing cycles and Ive been calling every day to see what the hold up is. Its not fair for them to bring in customers based on a promotion and not fulfill it. I have checked the rewards website, and yet it says it can't be found..
