I accidentally changed my plan and my service is cut off now
I was trying to add one more line on my prepaid plan but my plan was changed and I don’t have service anymore. I paid like a few days ago so is there anyway I can bring it back? I contacted customer service but couldn’t get the phone call thru my number so I don’t know what to do now..

Sorry but when you change your plan, intentionally or by mistake, the old plan terminates and you lose any remaining days. The new plan does not start until you pay for it. The only way to get the old plan restored is to call but no guarantee ATT will do that.

Well see I didn't change it nor did I want it changed I don't know how or why it was altered but I'd appreciate it if you could renew my 30 dollar plan or I'll cancel att completely and that would be unfortunate considering I have 4 lines and a long term commitment to att but this is not acceptable!!!!!

@MobTies95 You have replied to a 3 year old post. This forum is not customer support. No one here can renew your $30 plan. No one here has access to your account or has any idea how or why your plan changed if you didn’t change it. You need to call.

You are not the original poster! Why are you responding as though you were a continuing a nearly 3 year old PREPAID conversation?
The only $30 plan AT&T has is AT&T prepaid 5 gig plan. The only one who can change a self-managed plan would be yourself, or whoever administers your prepaid lines. It's totally on you...
How exactly do you have four prepaid lines that are also in a long-term commitment? That's not possible. AT&T prepaid is no contract no commitment no phone payments.
Postpaid has no $30 plan. So?
Make it make sense...

You lost your data and days when you changed your plan so you can’t get it back and prepaid doesn’t refund.

It takes a lot more than just one click to change plans. It takes at least three to select a new plan and click on confirm before you lose service on your old plan and have to pay for the new one. In other words more than enough time to realize that you are about to do something that is going to cost you. And then there's the warning...
