That prepaid card doesn’t buy minutes. ATT no longer offers prepaid service by the minute. That card gets you $x worth of prepaid service but only monthly plans are available now. You need to activate the SIM card. That gives you a phone number and creates a prepaid account. You then log into that account and select a plan. You can also use the prepaid card to pay for the plan.
