How to reset my multi-line account

I tried to set up my multi-line account today. However, because of some reason, I change my account to an individual account.

Could I reopen a multi-line account? Or I need to wait for another 30 days to change the account setting?

I am having the same problem...i tried the steps above.

 

This is the message I get...

 

"Looks like you have already created or joined a Multi-Line account in the past 30 days, please wait and try again. Visit HERE for more information."
