How to cancel unused Prepaid plan Add-Ons

I have a Prepaid plan account. I accidentally bought an International Travel (Roaming) Add-One that I don't use. I haven't used the Add-On (I've never been to countries where prepaid roaming is supported since I bought it). The Add-On has not expired yet, but it'll expire in a few days.

Is there a way to cancel the Add-On?

No but why bother, it will expire on its own. You can’t get a refund, if that’s what you were hoping. Now if you call and explain you accidentally bought that add-on, they might credit your account but they won’t refund.

Thank you! Yes, I wondered if I could cancel it and get a refund. I understand. It seems that there is no hope.

Let's take a closer look at your account to view your add-ons, @prpaidphoneuser.

We want to thank our ACE @sandblaster for that great information! If you want to remove your International Travel add-on, you may do so from the AT&T PREPAID Account Summary page, select Add-Ons and follow the prompts to add or change add-ons.

Also, as our ACE stated, we do not give refunds to prepaid accounts, however we can bring you in a Direct Message to see what other options we can offer. You will find a chat icon next to a bell icon at the top of the page on the right-hand side. Our next message will appear there.

In the meantime, gather your account information (do not post it here) and have it ready for when we speak in the Direct Message.

Thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums. We look forward to chatting with you soon.
