How to activate ESIM Manually

Let's work together to get your esim activated. 

To activate your esim without a QR code, you will download the esim to the device over Wi-Fi.

Check out our Quick Start guide for information on how to do that.  

If after following the instructions above, you still need assistance, please reply with the following information:

• The Make/Model of your device
• Confirm your wireless plan is active and you have an available Wi-Fi network to download the esim

iPhone 13 pro, yes it is active and i have wifi
