How To Accept a Prepaid Multi-line account

I created prepaid multi-line account and cancelled immedietly.

Recently, my father invited me to his multi-line account but I can't accept. ATT's message is that.

"Looks like you have already created or joined a Multi-Line account in the past 30 days, please wait and try again. Visit HERE for more information."

I have no idea why I can't accept the invitation.

What don’t you understand? You need to wait 30 days. When did you create and cancel your multiline account?
