Horrible Service
Service is starting to become unbearable. Feels like I'm throttled 100% of the time(even after starting a new month), I can barely watch a youtube video anymore. Your service "stream saver" is no longer accessible anywhere. The 22gb limit was removed from my plan without notification & now you have a $75 plan that's the exact same as I was paying $65 for , meanwhile downgrading the $65 plan to jacked speeds. Making people pay more for the same service they had then downgrading their current plan is a horrible way to keep loyal customers. I've had AT&T for over 5 years now and at this point I'm getting sick of the ever increasing and changing plans. Love how you're giving out $50 discounts to people who qualify but you can't do anything for the people who have payed in full every time for years. This is getting as bad as cable companies who change their channel options every couple months just to get you to pay more. This is absurd.
