Got charged twice for the 200 message add-on for my prepaid plan
I purchased the add-on on the 2nd and was charged $4.99. The same day my phone battery died and I had to switch to an old phone. I was then charged $4.99 again for the same add-on on the 3rd, which means I paid a total of $9.98 for one add-on, which is ridiculous in my opinion. Please help.
