Getting "This subscriber is not eligible to join your account." trying to add line to family plan.

Got my wife a new pre-paid line, they told us to wait a month and then add her to the newly created family plan, she got the text to accept the invitation but nothing happened it stayed as pending so I canceled it and now I get the error when I try to add her again. ATT store guy told us they couldn´t help us and we had to call customer service.

So call customer service. This forum is not customer service, no one here has access to your account. By cancelling, you probably have to wait 30 days to invite that line again unless customer service can fix it.
