Fee deduction after changing prepaid plan

Hi! I changed the prepaid plan from a monthly plan to a minute plan in June, since I will not be in the U.S. for several months. However, the monthly fee was still deducted for July (on June 29th).

If you left autopay on, even a pay per use plan will refill automatically. If you only made the switch a day or two before the refill was taken, most likely the autopay transaction had already started processing. This forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account. You need to call. You do want payments to be made if you are going to be gone months. If you just stopped paying, your account will close and you will lose your number. A prepaid account is automatically closed if the account balance is $0 for more than 60 days. If your June payment was anywhere from $25-$99, it’s good for 90 days.
