due date

every mouth yall take day off my acount everytime i pay. it went from being date on the 28th to due on the 25th. so yall r takes days off my phone i dont even get a mouth on my phone. I would like to know why yall taking days. and i have been with att for awhile now. And i like att, but if this keeps happening i will change my carrier. i want my due date back that the 28th are next mouth when i plan is do i will change carriers and that my mother and brother with me.

prepaid is 30 days not any specific day of the month, so service is 30 days, if the month has 28 days you will be charged on the second of the following month. im sorry but no matter whos service you have they all bill this way

Prepaid plans are 30 days long. Your renewal date is going to change in every month not exactly 30 days. That is the way other prepaid carriers work too. Switching won’t help.
