Double charged when changing plan the day before renew
My old plan (5 Lines and $140 total) renews at 01/15/2021 and I want to change to a new plan ((5 Line of 15GB prepaid plan, with multiline discount it’s $140). So according to AT&T website
I changed my plan at 01/14/2021 (the day before my plan renews). I should be only charged $140 (5 Line of 15GB prepaid plan, with multiline discount it’s $140).
But after I checked my account balance, I found I was charged for $280 (2*$140).
I'm having exactly the same problem in this post
I called 611 sevecal times and this issue is NOT solved.
