I am pre-paid customer with 2 lines, both number was renewed on 04/23 and my card was charged. However, I am not able to receive or make calls from any of the lines.
Called up customer care at least 5 times and they did the usual troubleshooting by restarting, resetting network settings, etc. also went to the store and swapped the SIM - but no luck. The customer care tech supports confirmed they have no way to fix this problem, my humble ask is can I please refunded the money charged to my card as I am not able to use the service?
