Does ATT&T prepaid 16gb plan allow me to make calls to and from Mexico

For the list of over 100 countries available for texting from the U.S., go to Prepaid International text. Data: Plan includes 16GB of high-speed data. Includes data usage within & between the U.S., Mexico & Canada. If 16GB high-speed data allowance is used in a 30-day period, speeds are reduced to a max of 128 Kbps for the remainder of the 30 days

Thank you Carlton for the information. However, I still need some clarification. What I am really asking is whether or not I can make phone calls to and from Mexico using the Prepaid 16GB $30/mo plan without incurring extra expense.  I understand the ability to text, but it is the phone calls I am most concerned about. Or....must I upgrade to another plan to achieve the free calling between US and Mexico?

@ATTHelp Once again, there is no prepaid 16GB $30/mo plan, your own link confirms it. The 16GB plan is $300 for 12 months which equates to $25/month.

And existing customers cannot sign up for it.

Thank you all for your responses.  I initially misstated my plan which is indeed the $25/mo ($300/yr) 16GB plan. From your responses I understand that I have unlimited call capacity to call Mexico from the US and the ability to call the US from Mexico.  If perhaps I have misunderstood please correct me.  With appreciation. 

We have no problem with you not knowing exactly what plan you're on, or how much you're paying.

I do have a problem with those who work for AT&T getting it wrong. 😮‍💨
