Data not working after a bill payment

After my bill was due, I payed the $65 monthly payment option and everything is working except for my data. When I access google or any website i get the free message "It looks like you want to use data but have none available" I use my mobile plan for a lot of things and this is frustrating. I've tried restarting and shutting my phone off multiple times and have made sure data is turned on. 

(Edit: I own a Huawei Ascent XT that is an ATT prepaid phone)

Let's look into what could be causing your inability to access data on your phone. We invite you to verify your account balance by dialing *777# from your AT&T PREPAID phone. You will receive a text message containing your account balance and other account details like your the balance for your data and package info.
