Change prepaid plan
Hi I am on the prepard $65 unlimited plan, I want to change it to a lower cost plan.
1. Wondering can I choose the new $25 (16GB 12-month) plan, or it is for new users only?
2. Can I use high-speed data in Canada with the $40 15GB plan?
3. If I make change to the plan before my renew date, when would the plan change? Will I lost current service in between, or be charged twice in current month?
thanks

1. The 12 month plan is for new lines only. You can not switch an existing line to that plan.
2. Yes, that plan includes Canada.
3. Plan changes take effect immediately. When you change your plan, the old plan terminates and you lose any remaining days. The new plan starts as soon as you pay for it. You should wait until the last day of your unlimited plan before you change.

Danielle the 300 dollar 💵 lab is for new customer not existing customers. The op would need to port out their number and port it back in or get a new number to qualify for that plan.
