Can't activate my SIM card or log/create an account

My SIM card arrived today, and for the life of me I can't get any service. I filled out the form with my IME and SIM number but nothing changed. I tried to log in to my Prepaid account on paygonline.com, but it won't accept my my phone number. I can't call customer service with 611, and I can't even chat with anyone. After trying repeatedly I managed to get queued to chat with a customer support rep, but it was taking forever so I went to my PC to try to find help online there, and when I checked my phone again a representative had connected, immediately disconnecting when I couldn't respond instantly, and now when I try to chat with support it tells me I need to log in but I STILL CAN'T LOG IN. THAT'S WHY I'M TRYING TO GET HELP. I'm stuck with no service now, trying to fix this has given me a migraine and wasted my entire day off. I can't even convey how disappointed I am with this company.
