Can I use any at&t device on at&t prepaid
I need to buy a new phone and I've been looking into getting a Samsung galaxy a51 that is at&t locked, but I use at&t prepaid. Will any at&t locked device work with an at&t prepaid plan as long as I put an at&t prepaid sim card in it?

Yes. At&t phones will work on any At&t plan.
Not ANY phone will work anymore if referring to unlocked (no carrier brand) phones.

Thank you for answering. That's what I thought, but when I asked the seller they told me it is a post paid device and won't work with a prepaid plan.
I already bought an unlocked Samsung Galaxy note 9 last year and set it up with at&t prepaid and text worked (though sometimes i wouldn't receive texts) but it wouldn't make calls or connect to the internet at all (the internet works on wifi though), and I could never figure out why. So I wanted to be sure this A51 will work with at&t prepaid but I am not very techy savvy 😅
