What to know about Wi-Fi Calling: Wi-Fi Calling will be available as long as you have an eligible device. This also ties into needing HD Voice. Click "Show more" on this guide to see more information.
Set up Visual Voicemail: Both versions of voicemail are offered for PREPAID users as well. For more information on requirements and setups, click "Show more."

As At&t wrote, with an eligible device, yes.
If you arent using an iPhone or at&t android you may not have any of those services.
