AT&T are thieves!

I canceled my Go Phone service but AT&T stole my money. Flat out.

I have changed providers and bought a new phone. AT&T has been a terrible provider and I despised their service the entire time. Terrible service.

I canceled my AT&T prepaid Go Phone plan on Saturday, June 8. I also shut off auto payment. My account was not to be renewed until the end of the day Sunday, June 9.

But guess what? The AT&T thieves took my money anyway. They took it a day early.

And they won’t give it back — “We have a policy,” I was told by three thieves.

Imagine my response. I am furious.

My bank will contest this. I spoke with a banker moments ago. I will contact the police. This is theft.

Shame on AT&T. ***** thieves!

If your plan expires on the 9th, autopay refilling on the 8th is normal. Go back and look at your autopay history, I’ll bet it’s always been a day early. You simply waited too long to disable autopay.
