Att account is saying wrong password

So whenever I log into my account through email my online password works but once I go to refill prepaid where I have to log in with my number it says my online password is wrong? And that’s the password it’s asking for the online password. And whenever I go to forgot password it asks me to use my number but I cannot because that’s why I’m trying to refill my phone because it’s out and I can’t get the notification. There isn’t a spot for email either

Even if your previous refill had expired within the last 60 days, you should still be able to use this. 

The only reason it would not work is if it's been more than 60 days and your account has been canceled and number lost 

When you go to the pay, go online website and input your 10-digit phone number, does it say your 10-digit phone number does not exist/ is not correct?
