I'm getting the following. Please see attached images. I keeping getting the error code. Also I have contacted AT&T 611 number and went to the store asking them for help. Also took my issue/problem to your message board. The Active Armor APP DOES NOT WORK ON MY PHONE! 

Why the hold on this problem? It's been happening all week! Please resolve the matter. I cannot afford a new cell phone. At this rate, I'm getting frustrated with customer service. Side note: I got a new Samsung Galaxy AO3s phone last Saturday and the problem with Active Armor started last Saturday because I got a new phone! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times and cleared the cache. No matter what I am doing IS NOT WORKING!

Please help!

I should mention that I keep sending report Logs so that it gets fixed. This problem keeps happening. When will it be fixed or resolved? 

Also why is the Active Armor app still not functioning?  Again, PLEASE FIX!  

Anyone else having this problem with Active Armor?
