ACP Benefits

Will a user lose the ACP benefit that’s applied to their plan if they change to another plan on the same account. i.e, switch their plan from the $30/mo to a $40 or $65/mo plan.

No. You just need to make sure you pay the difference. The ACP benefit won’t increase.

Thank you for the reply. I knew the benefit wouldn’t increase, we didn’t know if the discount would be removed. when attempting to make a change, it says”credits and discounts may be removed” I didn’t think it would since it is the same account, just upgrading the plan to get more data.

ACP is neither a credit nor a discount It is the government paying $30 toward your cell phone service
