Accidentally plan change
I accidentally changed my plan right after I purchased my preferred plan. I immediately switched it back. Now I am without service. Help please. I am on a fixed disability income and phone service is a must.

There are warnings that you lose your plan if you switch, and you have to pay to start a new plan. Please heed these in the future and do not change plans if you can’t pay right away.
You will have to call At&t from another phone and beg them to help you credit the account for the payment you wasted.
The rule is no credit, no refund, they’re doing you a favor, be nice.

This forum is not customer support. No one here can help you. Unfortunately, that is the way prepaid works. When you change your plan, the old plan terminates and you lose any remaining days. The new plan does not start until you pay for it. All you can do is call and hope you geta sympathetic agent that will fix.

They don't even have a policy to try to help you with it. The customer services assistants just doing their job but the company policy is not very customer friendly. I have done the same thing when I just got my prepaid, I lost $50 for nothing and $100 in total, the best way they can help you is have you to run to a nearest ATT store to get a $10 prepaid card. I really want my money back because it is not worthed for this kind of service.
